Our Story
Neighbourhood café
since 2018.
We opened Bondi Brew because we wanted a place that took coffee seriously without taking itself too seriously. No pretension, no lengthy origin monologues — just a well-made flat white and somewhere decent to sit.
Our beans rotate every 6–8 weeks from Ozone Roasters in Marrickville. The pastries are baked fresh each morning. The brunch menu has stayed mostly the same since we opened because it works.
We're on Campbell Parade — the one with the timber bench out front and the queue that moves fast.

Best flat white in the east. I've tried them all. The almond croissant is a non-negotiable.

No attitude, just good coffee and food that fills you up. Eggs Benny is the move.

Finally a cafe where oat milk doesn't cost the earth. $1 surcharge, not $1.80. Tiny thing, means a lot.
